In the city, it is so easy to get caught up in the fast pace of daily life.  The constant moving, the ever changing possibilities, the searching for the next best thing.  Sometimes we can forget to stop, pause, and take it all in.  Yoga helps us to breathe and appreciate what is happening right now. 

 

Most importantly, yoga is for everyone.   You don't have to be super flexible, or even able to do a handstand to enjoy the many benefits of yoga.  Yoga is about being present, so that you can stop the constant chatter in your mind.  

 

Through breath, alignment, awareness, and intention, you will find that yoga is a tool that allows you to live your best and most balanced life.
